THE ARRANGEMENT OF LOAN PERCENTAGE OFFERED BY HESLB ACCORDING TO THE PROFESSION FOR 2017/2018HELSB

HESLB CEO, Abdul-Razaq Badru said at least 30,000 beneficiaries this year would receive educational loans based on the selected professions.
Explaining the number and amount of the loan that will be deducted from each stream according to the the profession, Badru said the board has planned three streams.


The first stream 


  1. Health professions, education science and inventory, will receive 40% of the loan equivalent to Shs. 170.8 billion. 
 The second stream is 
2.Engineering, agriculture, forestry, land science, transport and similar fields were scheduled to get 35 percent of the loan equivalent to Shs 149.45 billion 

The third stream is 
3.Linguistic, arts, Sociology and other professions scheduled to earn 25 percent of the loan equivalent to Shs. 106.75 billion and the beneficiary of the loan is all students who will study 

 Also Badru added that the issue of gender will be taken to prevent one's having a large number of beneficiaries
